Week Two Progress Report

Week 2 of the #lowcarbchallenge I’m up in pounds but down in inches and body fat so I’ll take it!!

So, this is an important time for me to stress that there’s more to a weight loss journey than the number on the scale. Sometimes the number is up but that doesn’t mean good things aren’t happening. You have to look out for the overall trends and, more importantly, remind yourself this is a LIFESTYLE change and not a quick fix.

Let’s face it, the only thing that will truly work in helping you reach your health and fitness goals is a true change in your habits that continue for life.

I know that’s easier said than done because the comfy chair, tv, and the simple carbs beckon all the time. Seriously, though, lifestyle changes y’all 😊
